I've been investing in real estate for a while now, and my corner of the world is auctions — courthouse steps, online auctions, tax sales, the whole deal flow. Every morning I break down one real auction deal: the numbers, the risks, and what I'd actually be willing to pay for it. I write it up as a free daily email called the Vault Raiders Report, mostly because the routine keeps my underwriting sharp.
