Looking for Realtor for first BRRRR deal- North Houston

Hello! I'm currently building my investment team and have had several lenders reach out, but I'm still looking for a seasoned Realtor who is focused on investment properties. I'd really like to work directly with one experienced agent rather than a team of people so I can build a long-term relationship with someone who can help me as I learn and grow. This will be my second investment property, but my first BRRRR deal, so I'm looking for someone who is familiar with the strategy and understands the numbers from an investor's perspective. I am located in North Houston and open to surrounding areas. I am looking for someone who can help me find and evaluate potential opportunities, including off-market and expired listings, and who is comfortable analyzing comps, ARV, rental rates, and overall deal potential. Please reach out, I'd love to connect.

It sounds like you're taking the right approach by building your team before jumping into your first BRRRR. Having one investor-focused Realtor who understands ARV, rehab costs, rental comps, and investment criteria can make a huge difference, especially when you're evaluating off-market opportunities.

I'd also recommend making sure your Realtor and lender are aligned from the beginning so you know what financing options fit your strategy before you make offers. That can save a lot of time and help you move quickly when the right deal comes along. If you'd like to compare financing options or have someone help pressure-test the numbers on a BRRRR deal, I'd be happy to help.
