I'm new here. I am actively looking to Invest 3-4 Multifamily that I can add value to Northern New Jersey where I reside. I leave in Bergen County and I want to the property to be about 30min - 1hr commute for ease of accessibility to to maintain the property.
What I Want to Buy
Property type | 3 or 4 residential units in one building. |
Condition | Property I can buy cheaper and add value to via BRRRR |
Area | B or C+ areas. Working and middle class, employed tenant base, stable or improving. |
Monthly rent | Be able to generate rental income greater than 1% of the asking house price |
