Multi family in the Boston area?

Hi all,

I'm looking for an off market multi family property, in the neighborhood of 30 doors in one of the better Boston suburbs. Not looking for class C, low income, or tough areas. If its listed, I'll already know about it. Cash buyer.

Anyone know of anything?

I see you are from Vegas but looking for investments in MA. I am here in Vegas also but I am expanding to MA also. I have my broker license here in LV and plan to get my brokers license in MA at the end of the month. Let's keep in touch.

I am wondering what is making Boston more appealing than Vegas right now for your multi family search. I would think with the tenant friendly laws in Ma it would make LV more appealing for a multi family buy and hold.
