Buying a home out of BK.

Can anyone provide BP links or advise on buying a home from/out of Bankruptcy? The BK is over and discharged 1 year ago but no NOD or title transfer during or after the BK has been filed. Owners still "owns" the home.

Explain the steps... when does the Release of Stay come in, who should I be talking with, etc.?
