Hi from Westchester, IL new to Bigger Pockets

Good Afternoon,

I am a thirty something marketing professional, wife and mom who is ready to take the risk and enter into the real estate world. I want to own rental properties, flip and sell. I am giving myself 2 years to purchase my first home to flip for a profit. I need to get started and looking to those who have been there done that to tell me how!

SOUND OFF! I need help. I am resilient but don't have a lot of money saved right now (I am sure that is the first step) Any advice?
