Georgia- Investor Friendly Title companies?

Question

Hello Ga investors, do you have any title companies that you can recommend that are investor friendly, and don't mind double closings and assignments?

Nichole I do not mess with that so I couldn't say. Many title companies do not want the hassle and like to stick to vanilla closings.

In Georgia for closings we use attorneys and the title company just performs the title search and issues a policy if desired.

I would check the Georgia real estate investors association  for a good closing attorney. The closing attorney will already have a title company that is used to these types of things they are working with. Sometimes the closing attorney owns the title company but they will disclose that upfront.
