Yellow Letters work best in A, B or C hoods?

Question

Is there a type of hood you favor with your letters? I imagine on average C gets most hits...yes? Have you ever used ppc marketing in just those areas?

No, I keep it simple as I don't put a lot of faith in the wording driving someone to call or not.  If they are motivated they will call.

Matt R.  when you mention PPC marketing are you referring to google ad words? I was wondering about using SEM in addition to yellow letters.  Anyone have any success with it?

Matt R. I think you may want to do some split testing to different markets in your area to see what kind of response you get.  It may be tough for any of us out of your area to say what works best.

With split testing you never know you might find a deal in an A area that results in more profits than 2-3 deals in a C area.

Another approach would be to research tax records(do a forum search to see a number of threads on how to do this) to see where the cash buyers are buying in your area, and what types of properties they are buying to really target your marketing.

Cool David, my cash flow has me focused personally on c+ areas mostly. I like your AB flip strategy. Do you use different verbage for AB?

All over the map depending on what I am looking for at the time.  Buy and Holds I go for C areas.  Flips I go for A and B.  It will really depend on your market and where the spreads are big enough to make a few $$
