I'm new to RE and motivated to learn! I've really enjoyed reading the posts here on BP and have so far learned a lot. I'm interested in getting more involved in real estate investing and presently have one rental property. I personally would like to thank this community as before I stumbled across BP I was almost duped into paying $$$$ for information that is openly shared here. Like any newbie I am looking to network and learn. Does anyone know of a good group or groups in the San Antonio area? Also, how do you find/spot a good mentor?

Welcome! This is a great community. I learn something here everyday. Don't hesitate to ask questions and also don't hesitate to add a comment or two to the mix.
