Hi Everyone I'm Rich Danielson. I am a Private Lender. I have been a full time real estate investor since 2002. Prior to my life in real estate I was in the construction industry for more than 25 years. The vast experience and knowledge I have amassed from the combination of these two was a perfect segue into funding other investors deals across the country.

I am a single parent, reside in the Twin Cities, love to travel, network (so lets connect!) and make the meanest badest BBQ ribs on the planet, my white chili is not bad either!
