New BP fan ready to Californicate Denver

Hello BP Community and thank you for reading my introductory post. My name is Louis Radosevich. I am a lifelong CA resident seeking financial freedom and a new life in the Metro Denver area (moving late Summer 2014). My wife and I cannot wait to meet other local RE enthusiasts and will be sure to attend the first Denver BP meetup following our arrival. In the meantime, if you can share any good resources for an out of towner to get caught up to speed on State and local laws; Colorado RE market trends; and community characteristics, I would be most appreciative.
