New investor in Pittsburgh PA.
Hello everyone. Just wanted to introduce my self. I've been a member here since November. I've been reading and listening to pos casts trying to learn as much as possible. I'm closing on my first property (a 4unit multi family) this Friday. My partners and I are planing to focus on buy and hold properties with some flips along the way. I am also interested in wholesaling. Can't wait to meet more of you while I continue learning from this site and it's members.
