Shaun McCloskey 1-day Short Sales seminar?
My local REI is offering a Saturday 1-day seminar on short sales led by Shaun McCloskey for $40. I was wondering if anyone else has attended one in the past and if so, was it worth the time and registration fee? I'm assuming there will be some sort of upsell, but maybe there are some tidbits in between that are worth it.
