Hello everyone, newbie here looking for a CPA recommendation in the Sacramento / Elk Grove area. This is my first year filing with rental income, expenses, and a thousand and one more questions. I've always done my own taxes, but it's time to transition to ensure I am getting the most out of my investment. Can someone assist with a recommendation? Please PM me here if it's more desirable.
