Anyone headed down to Big D for the event? Looking to make my way down there; just need to see if I can squeeze in the flight.

Disclaimer: This is my event and I want everyone in the world to be there, so I am biased.

Real quick, thank you for even considering attending.

I do not allow selling from stage, period. Those that have broken this rule (now up to 6 after seven events over a 3 year period) are never allowed back. I record every session and listen to them personally.

We will have 1,000 plus attendees at the show, and nearly 100 vendors. I will have reps from Invitation Homes, AH4R, B2R Finance, Key Property, HomeVestors, Auction.com etc.

The keynote (Sunday at 3:30) is Rick Sharga from Auction.com providing a Dodd-Frank update. I can assure you he has nothing for sale.

My pledge always stands (and unfortunately I have had to honor it before), If you spend money coming to my event, and are not happy, I'll pay you back. Flight, hotel, admission. All of it.

I hope you come, it is going to be a great time. The hotel discount ends tomorrow, just FYI, and they are nearly sold out.

Take care,

Tim Herriage
