Cant make enough money in my Market need help
I cant seem to make enough money in my market to get ahead. I spend $2000 a month on marketing and do anywhere from $1,500-$3000 a deal and I do about 1-3 deals a month.
Im thinking about flying out to San Francisco for a month and trying to do a couple of those deals I hear about making $50,000 Does anyone have experience doing Wholesale deals in San Francisco and do you think this would be a good idea?

Why do you feel like you would do better in San Fran?
You should try Charlotte, Charleston, Raleigh, and/or Atlanta if you're looking for a more expensive market and see if you're able to get $10k per deal.
