What are the steps and paperwork needed to write up an offer in a Trust?

The goal is to be able to sell the beneficial interest of the trust in place of a standard assignment.

Will writing the "XYZ trust, Chris Harris trustee" as the buyer enable me to accomplish that goal? Thanks for your help! Just want to have all my ducks in a row

Are you asking how do you designate the trust as the buyer of record in a purchase?

Use any purchase contract that you would normally use & insert "XYZ trust, Chris Harris trustee" as the buyer.
