How to Finance More than 10 Properties

There are some new programs coming out for investors looking to finance more than 10 mortgages and having trouble with national banks. I have a great portfolio lender, but not everyone does in their area. There are now national programs for single family residences and 1-4 units that will finance basically as many properties as you want into one loan. More info on my blog.
