Applying Lisa Phillips' strategies in Idaho
Is anyone on BP successfully using @Lisaphillips strategies in the Boise area? I like her ideas but haven't seen how to make it work in my local area.

Each lender requires a different down payment but the other requirements are virtually the same no pmi no appraisal etc.
