Rich Dad seminars... don't get your hopes up

Sorry, just have a huge weight on my heart about the rich dad real estate seminars that are going around the country. I love Robert but his training when it comes to actually any type of moving parts to put a real deal together lacks any credibility. In my opinion these kats are the biggest upsellers in the REI game. They should really be ashamed for the amount of upsells they push on peep. Just my thoughts and it was on my heart heavy as I see he banners all over my screen. Anybody got opinions on RIch Dad real estate training....

Don't have any experience with the RDPD classes, but my buddy paid a lot for personal mentors from the program.

Around 25k I think. Anyway, he said he wouldn't pay that much for mentoring/in depth training again as he doesn't think it was really worth it. Thing is he's doing 10+ rehabs/year at about 35k profit on each.

Sounds like it was worth it to me.

Although it wasn't everything he wanted it to be it got him to a pretty solid place, IMO.
