Do you have the land we want?

We are more than half way through our closing and will be looking to buy a piece of property that is hopefully atleast 1 acre the more the better but lots can be looked at as well. Maybe it already has a well & septic installed. Wouldnt mind a canal front & even places that may need a MH removed etc. We want to stay by the coast not more than 30 min drive inland. NO HOA NO impact fees unless really cheap NO sinkhole area. Location to the coast and price matter most. Maybe you know someone who may have something like this. Not sure if we want to be on the east or west coast so show us what cha got. We live near Jacksonville so this saves us alot of gas and time out looking. Thanks
