New Investor from Mckinney, Texas
I just have to start out by saying how much I love Bigger Pockets!! I am addicted to the podcasts and listen to them every chance I get. So, if any of you other newbies haven't listened to the podcasts yet, you are really missing some fabulous information!
My husband and I have been reading and listening to everything "real estate" we can. We are looking to start with single family homes in the area. The goal is to eventually move up to multifamily and possibly apartment investing.
Hopefully we can find a local REI club in the area to meet up with other investors. I'm looking forward to being part of this forum. It's amazing and encouraging to see so many knowledgeable investors sharing their time and wisdom with others.
