Hi all, so glad to have found this forum! I REALLY want to get into real estate investment but don't want to learn the hard way of failing right off the bat. Also need some confidence to dive in. Hoping to find what I need here. Thank you all so much! Active, helpful forums are such a blessing on the world wide interweb!
