Freddie Mac First Look: Owner Occupant only offers

I keep finding buildings that I'd be willing to put an offer in for but they are listed as Freddie Mac First Look: Owner Occupant offers only for the first few weeks. By the time they are available for anyone to buy they are usually picked up and off the market. Is there a way I can buy the property when it isn't my primary residence?
