Landlord, Market, Rental Unit in Massachusetts

I would like to find out where and how do landlords usually list their rental.
1.Place sign outside their rental
2.Place ads on http://boston.craigslist.org/
Are there other methods and sites out there that you are using?

@Chan K. iPhone picture ID - I meant take a picture with your iPhone of their ID (state license) otherwise if they send it to you later, it could be mixed up with someone else's ID.
My Tenants with coin-ops work it out. I see signs on the machines "Please don't use after 8PM, Thank you." and it seems to work out.
Dog stuff - I tell them, just like parking, I'd appreciate it if you guys could work it out, otherwise the Attorney said: to avoid any chance of violence we'll have to remove all the dogs (or stop parking on site).
I bend over backwards for these Tenants, they all have my cell and can call 24/7, even for a lockout. But I warn them, Please don't abuse this or I'll have to shut the phone off. They seem to appreciate it.
