Estimating (rough) soft costs for flip (Los Angeles)

Hey there! New to BP. Love it here :)

Getting together some rough monthly costs for a flip. Trying to figure out how much to factor in for the utilities (gas, electric, water, ect).

Anyone have rough figures for monthly utility costs?
