New Member from Salt Lake City, Utah!

Hi! My name is Matt Morris and my wife and I live in Salt Lake City, Utah. I became interested in real estate after a friend told me to read Rich Dad, Poor Dad. It totally changed my outlook on money. I then searched the web and found Bigger Pockets. I have listened to almost all of the podcasts and have probably learned more from them than I could from reading 1000 books. Thanks Brandon and Josh you guys are hilarious!

I have a bachelors in construction management and have re-modeled single family homes for an investor before and currently work for a company remodeling commercial spaces. My wife just passed her real estate agent exam and will be selling houses soon and hopefully finding some deals on the MLS. We also hope to start a direct mail campaign to find deals for wholesaling, flipping, and buy and holds.
