Terms for partnering with an investor?

Hi Everyone,

I am working on partnering with an investor and was curious as to what type of split is typical. The investor will purchase the property and I am to complete the rehab, which is not expected to be much other than interior paint and minor repairs. Really curious if 50/50 should be expected or if investors tend to get more for having the funds (60/40, 70/30, etc.). Thanks for your responses.
