Are there commercial management companies?

do they have commercial managment companies or someone that you would use to help fill vacancies and maintain the property? Excuse the ignorance I know noting about commercial.

I'm 25.  When I was born here, there was one traffic light North of the Chattahoochee River, now there are 300,000 thousand people here and most of the growth has happened in the last 10-12 years.  Things are booming, but the traffic is an incredible pain.

What part of VA are you in?

Clintwood Virginia in Dickenson County.   We are getting the Coalfield express way put through here as well as what used to be called "Skyline drive" and also a walking trail that Hillary Clinton is running the lead on.   This is all too complex to explain the revenue potentials on a forum or in any short space but that being ok as well as we have a group that currently is involved in this commitment and yet I fear they will have limited resources and possibly may be looking to bring others in as well.  The Development phase of this can wait for a while but its something to be considered as well.  The real money is the quick investors for the mineral removal.

If any interested parties are about, I can introduce you to the current group if they are wanting to add on any more folks or looking for a backup plan.  Its all moving at whirl wind speeds right now however and not sure there is a lot of time for anyone to get in unless they can execute quick decisions.

Again the phase 2 and 3 development of the properties is another issue and also ripe for investors but there will be plenty of them when the time comes as this part is more common and understood amoung you professional folks.

The more lucerative parts are less understood but we think they are covered for now.

There are a lot of management companies that do strictly commercial and both comm. & residential.  We used to do a lot of it, but now we only manage office & retail when we get the leasing commissions from it.  If you're looking  for the firm to get tenants in there, not just manage, make sure that they have experience in marketing commercial properties or consider splitting the job with a broker for the leasing, and a management co. for the operations end.

Are things just booming down your way?

We are in the same boat here but just the beginning of it and no one to really engineer the town around all that is going to happen and I see traffic problems galore on the horizon.

Putting in two main arteries and the growth over next five years is going to be expotential.

Our coal fields are booming like never before and they are also adding new train lines to get it out of here and an air port as well.

We are about to grow like the SF mining town days.

I dread it but figgure I have a few choices.  
1. get run over
2. get out of the way
3. get in the thick of the action and make it all happen.

I am going for door 3.

We are in the worlds finest real-estate anyway and have long been over looked.  10 more years it will be a City, I will be filthy rich and I am moving on at that point.  MT OR and Washington state are all sounding good about now as well as some spots in Mexico and Panama and other countries.  Some place with mountains and fresh air.

I have known property management companies that handled both residential and commercial properties.  My Bro-in-Law was President of Loomis Properties in Santa Ana CA for years and they did some management of various properties.
