BiggerPockets, The Art of Why It Works

I have not been on BP for a long time now but I can see that the model works great!  The willingness to help and answer questions despite the possibility that the same people you are helping could be your competition is fantastic.  Seth Godin had a blog post today that spoke about authors and how they don't compete.  I think it ties in very well with the very premise of this site.  Here is that article:
