3rd times a charm...time for some action in sugar land

ok so I've been doing a lot of reading - so much my head feels like it's going to explode. Now I'm ready to take action. I've been looking at homes, comps, pricing, all that, but I have no idea how to even begin. Perhaps I do and fear is holding me back, but with all the fears I've faced in my life, I know it'll pass in a heartbeat. I just need direction. Offering my services to anyone interested in lending me some help and advice. I've got a light week this week. I'll have time on Wednesday afternoon to meet up with anyone willing to assist in my diving into this. I'm dying to get this ball rolling. Dying to move on with my life in a much deserved direction.
