Today that could also be a Tiny home or even an RV to some people, very open ended.Mobile Home- This was the "original" word and most common but still an old term due to the June 1976 Housing and Urban Development law that any home built after this date had to adhere to strict Federal HUD standards and they became more regulated and safer structures.

I always include a nice letter letter explaining why this is necessary, and how this is not as painful for the landlord and the tenants.Also, it's always easier to include a tiny bit year after year, instead of a big amount every 5 years or so.

Too many think that "quantity", because of the volume, will generate those leads simply because there are so many...there has to be at least one "needle" in that stack of plenty.
