Hey folks,

Yep you heard us right! BiggerPocket was started 10 years ago this month, so to celebrate we are throwing a BiggerPockets Party on October 22nd in Denver, Colorado. So for those of you who live near Denver and want to come celebrate with me, Josh, and the rest of the BiggerPockets team and members ... come on out! That means all you Denver, Boulder, Fort Collins, Greely, Loveland, and surrounding areas... you better be there!

Date/Time: The party starts at 5:00pm on Wednesday, October 22nd 2014 and will go until Josh get's tired of us all! (Probably 8ish)

Location: We'll be partying at BiggerPockets HQ, which operates at Thrive, an incredible co-working venue in Cherry Creek. 201 Milwaukee St, 2nd Floor, Denver, CO 80206.

Cost: Nothing! Just show up!

Ha. Gotta love it.  Looks like there might be a bit of confusion there in the office.

The post seems to suggest everybody should come and it should be huge.
Now its - please don't come because there's a limit of 150.

I'm thinking brandon just wanted to get BP to splurge on as much alcohol as possible. And he figured more people would equal more alcohol and snacks. :-)

Congratulations. Its a great site.  But maybe next time, it would be a good idea to sent out the invite to a subset of users instead of posting it to the entire site. You'll end up with about 1500 people at the office (if not more) and another 100 of those that will want to spend the night at your house - seeing as how its on a wednesday night.

    I wish it wasn't on a Wednesday night. I was thinking about making the drive but from STL it would only make sense to spend a weekend out there. I hope you guys have a blast!

    Congrats on the 10 year. I remember the static one page that had bank foreclosure lists in the middle and not a forum.

    There were a few other forum type sites starting up back then but yours has far surpassed those in quality and number of members over the years.

    I will make it up to Denver one of these days.

    Congrats on the 10 years!  I tell everyone in real estate that you are the best resource on the internet.  It always surprises me when people haven't heard of BP.  It's just too good a resource not to use.
