Rents comps & Sq footage info
How accurate is the rent calculator for BP? I've also looked at zillow & redfin for for rent comps...any other ways? And, also, what is the best way to find sq ft of the home (I've checked redfin) it reads my sq ft is 1950 total, 1fL 950 sq ft, 2FL 1000 sq ft & sq ft for lot 1742, is redfin site accurate enough?

Online tax info is only as good as the City Assessor's office info that it's pulled from.
Most assessing offices get square footage from building permits filed with the municipality.
So, if an addition is done with no building permit, the Assessor's and hence online data will not be accurate.
This is common with bungalows. They were often built after WWII with an unfinished "attic" that could be easily finished as the buyer's family grew. Many were finished without permits, so the online data only reflects the main floor square footage.
