Thanks Drew, yea...they have to make these things easier...gonna have to measure it myself one day

Thank you,

Last updated 2018 on the taxhubdata site reads building sq ft at 2304, im guessing this sqft is more accurate.

while a site like realtor.com reads 1950 sq ft.... 1fl 1000 sqft, 2nd floor 950sqft

So if divide the taxhub data by 2 it's 1152 each floor, so im still unclear about it.

Thanks, I appreciate it. will continue checking

I keep getting reffered to the township of belleville nj tax assessor for sq footage, I emailed them but no answer yet. As for rent comps, yes my agent will look for me. I bought the duplex when it went on market

thank you

How accurate is the rent calculator for BP? I've also looked at zillow & redfin for for rent comps...any other ways? And, also, what is the best way to find sq ft of the home (I've checked redfin) it reads my sq ft is 1950 total, 1fL 950 sq ft, 2FL 1000 sq ft & sq ft for lot 1742, is redfin site accurate enough?

On A first house hack, owner occupied, do you have to change the address on your driver licence living there for a year? And, is it ok to stay over my parents home during the weekday because of my job that's 3 miles away instead of being 40+miles away
