How difficult is it to list FSBOs without ever meeting the seller?

I was reading about this agent who picks up listings entirely via text, sends the listing agreement through Dotloop, lists, and sells. But this was back in 2022.

Agree with @Kadee Gittel that wreaks of the potential for title issues, and scammers trying to sell property they don't have the right to.

For me, I would be weary of scammers. There is a lot of that going around. Would need some sort of verification process to ensure you are actually talking to the owner. 🤔

not realistic at all.  unless the owners do not live in the same market or state and then one would not do it by text they would do it on the phone.
