Where are you located? In short, the answer is yes... at least in my markets.

What does your agreement say? Is there a hold over clause that specifies when she has to notify you and/or pay for the consecutive months?

If you roll out in Washington, Idaho or Montana please let me know! I would love to beta test this tool. 👍🏼

I will check with my King County team to see what their take is on the market. Are you doing pre-sales or any marketing up front to ensure the market responds well? I think it's a safe investment with the knowledge of the Seattle market I am just curious what safety measures you have in place.

I don't have the answer to your question but I am an affiliate of LegalShield and their vetted attorneys are highly recommended. Unlimited consults if you keep the plan. Not here to sell to you but me and my clients have found this as a wonderful resource. Happy to hop on a call to tell you more.

For me, I would be weary of scammers. There is a lot of that going around. Would need some sort of verification process to ensure you are actually talking to the owner. 🤔

There is a platform called Hemlane that is geared toward people managing their own properties! I highly recommend checking it out. The screening, accounting and maintenance was great when I was on the platform! The only reason I left the platform was because I started managing full service for other people and needed something more robust.
