What’s included in the Bootcamp? How does it work? What can I expect to learn?

Our Interactive Bootcamps bring you a robust and engaging online learning experience. You’ll receive weekly course content consisting of recorded lectures, assignments, and resources that cover essential real estate investing topics. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to participate in live sessions where you can interact with the instructor, guest stars, and other attendees—so you can ask questions and gain valuable insights. Throughout the program, you can expect to learn key strategies, techniques, and best practices from experienced instructors and industry experts, helping you develop the knowledge and skills to succeed in real estate investing.

Our Self-Guided Bootcamps offer a comprehensive online learning program that allows you to learn at your own pace. You’ll have access to all recorded lectures, course materials, and resources immediately after your purchase. While there are no live class sessions or instructor Q&A, you’ll benefit from the expert knowledge and insights provided by our experienced instructors. Self-Guided Bootcamps provide flexibility and convenience, allowing you to tailor your learning experience to fit your schedule and learning style.

What’s new with BiggerPocket Bootcamps in 2024?

We strive to always make our learning products better, and we’re excited to announce the newest version of BiggerPockets Bootcamps starting in January 2024. Changes include:

• Updated video lessons: Learning modules have been consolidated, revised, and optimized to create a more engaging experience.
• Refreshed homework assignments and downloadables: This includes both new content and revised versions of the old content.
• Learn about the current real estate market: There’s a new module updated each quarter that addresses the current state of the market so you can stay up-to-date on what’s happening in the investing landscape.
• Two Q&As per week: Not only will you get a weekly Q&A with the instructor to discuss the content, but you’ll also get a second Q&A with the instructor and a special guest star to bring more dimension and depth to your learning experience.
• More content, fewer weeks: The course length has changed from 10 weeks to 8 weeks—but don’t worry, we didn’t cut out any of the good stuff. We optimized our lessons so you’re getting the most bang for your buck in the most accelerated and achievable time frame.
  

How much do BiggerPockets Bootcamps cost?

Our Bootcamps are broken into two formats: Interactive and Self-Guided. Exclusive discounts are available to our Pro Annual Members. 

If you are a current Pro Annual member:

• Interactive Bootcamps = $300 each
• Self-Guided Bootcamps = $125 each

If you are not yet a Pro Annual member, you’ll get an entire year of our Pro Membership included when you enroll in a Bootcamp:

• Interactive Bootcamp + first year of Pro Membership = $590
• Self-guided Bootcamp + first year of Pro Membership = $415
  

I have a Pro Annual membership, but I see the cost of $515 for Interactive / $414 for Self-Guided.

Our Bootcamp registration pages verify your membership status to send you to the correct registration page. Please ensure you are signed into your Pro Annual account. Once signed in, navigate to the main Bootcamps page and select ‘learn more’ about your Bootcamp of choice. Your price should now reflect Pro Membership pricing as outlined above.

I’m a Pro Monthly Member. Do I need to be a Pro Annual member?

Yes, you must be a Pro Annual member to enroll in a BiggerPockets Bootcamp.

How do I sign-up?

To sign up, start by selecting ‘learn more’ for your bootcamp of choice on the main Bootcamps page. You will be directed to our Bootcamp home page with further details and the opportunity to select your course.

When does registration close?

Registration for Interactive Bootcamps ends May 10, 2024. We encourage you to sign up early for Bootcamps to secure your spot—there are limited seats available, and these courses are highly anticipated. Seats fill quickly! 

There is no enrollment deadline for the Self-Guided Bootcamps.

I can’t make the weekly live sessions for the Interactive Bootcamps. Will they be recorded?

Our Interactive Bootcamps offer weekly, live Q&A with attendees. If you cannot make a session, don’t worry! Yes, all of the live class sessions will be recorded and added to your course.

Can I sign-up to multiple Bootcamps?

Yes, you are welcome to sign-up for multiple Interactive Bootcamps. We do recommend considering the time commitment and workload associated with each Bootcamp before enrolling in multiple Bootcamps simultaneously. Each has its own set of live sessions, coursework, and assignments that request your time and attention. We want you to feel comfortable with the workload and to attend the live sessions without feeling overwhelmed.

You are welcome to purchase as many Self-Guided Bootcamps as you are interested in, controlling the pace that best suits you for each.

How long will I have access to the course materials?

We are always updating and changing content, so your course materials will expire after one year. For our Self-Guided Bootcamp purchasers, you’ll continue to have access to your course materials for 12 months after your purchase. For our Interactive Bootcamp attendees, you’ll continue to have access to your course materials for 12 months after the Bootcamp’s final session.

I can’t make commit to a Bootcamp right now. Can I sign up for a future bootcamp?

Yes! Our Interactive Bootcamps run each quarter. Keep an eye out for an email announcement when we open enrollment again, or sign-up for the current session at any time on the main Bootcamps page.

Self-Guided Bootcamps are available at any time to purchase.

What is the refund policy on bootcamps?

We want you to be satisfied with your bootcamp experience, so we’re happy to offer a 30-day refund policy. If you change your mind within 30 days of purchasing, please reach out to [email protected] for a refund.
