  • Frank Gallinelli – Author of What Every Real Estate Investor Needs to Know About Cash Flow… and 36 Other Key Financial Metrics

“I was so impressed by the quality of your attendees. They were the real deal and they came from around the country, which is very hard to accomplish.”

We received countless more testimonials in our anonymous survey, including some like the following:

The 2019 BiggerPockets Conference Experience

After a seven-year hiatus, we knew it was time to bring back a live event. We needed an event that would allow you to meet your peers on BiggerPockets, to physically meet the people that you’ve interacted on the platform with for years, and to learn and network so as to take your business to the next level.

Why Attend

We know that there are many conferences and meetups you can attend, so we’ve carefully constructed an event that we believe will be a unique and powerful conference that will put you in contact with over 1,000 of your investing peers and dozens of speakers who are at the top of their game—recognizable from our podcasts, books, forums, blog, and video channels.

Time & Place

Let me get things started by giving you the basics:

When

BP Con 2019 will be held October 6th – 8th, 2019

Where

The Gaylord Opryland Hotel and Resort, Nashville, Tenn. If you are not familiar, this is one of the most famous and luxurious resorts in the world. We chose this location because we wanted this to be a life-changing, memorable event, and the setting matters. We’re providing a top-of-the-line experience at a top-of-the-line location.

This is also Nashville.

I spent several years here attending Vanderbilt University. I can tell you that there are few cities as wonderful to visit as Nashville. I hope that you will join myself and several hundred investors as we spend an evening having fun on Lower Broadway, home to some of the best live music and unique entertainment spots in the country.

Speakers

Every single speaker and panelist you come across will be recognizable from the podcast, forums, BiggerPockets Blog, or one of our books. Don’t worry, we’re all friendly and can’t wait to meet you.

Each of our speakers is excited and prepared to deliver truly incredible presentations filled with strategies, tips, and tricks for finding deals, getting started, scaling your business, and more. Bring a notepad. But if you forget to take notes or want to attend two sessions occurring simultaneously, each presentation will be recorded and available for you to review following the conference.

Attendees

Everywhere you turn, you’ll meet investors who have spent years and thousands of hours investing in real estate, self-educating, and debating best practices on BiggerPockets. Not a few hundred local newbies—over 1,000 seasoned investors.

Some of these folks have posted hundreds, thousands, or tens of thousands of times on BiggerPockets Forums. Some folks have invested in dozens of deals.

No matter where you are on your investing journey, we guarantee that you have the opportunity to find peers, mentors, partners, etc. This is not an event with a few hundred regional investors. This is an event with 1,000 serious investors from all over the country—investors whose first connection comes from a shared love of BiggerPockets, real estate, and financial independence through real estate.

Remember, at a conference like this, it’s the information and the networking that make the experience. Be sure to attend the networking events and socials, meet some of the BiggerPockets speakers and authors, and share your business goals with anyone and everyone. If there’s a potential partner, mentor, peer, or mastermind colleague, you will find them at the BiggerPockets Conference this year.

The Little Things

Don’t worry—you’ll be fed and clothed, in style.

You won’t go hungry with breakfast and lunch provided both days, and you definitely won’t go thirsty with all-you-can-drink social events with all of our speakers and attendees both evenings. Expect to be taking home some exclusive BiggerPockets’ swag, as well.

We’re not skimping on the details at this event. You’ll be treated to an experience that reflects the setting in the Gaylord Opryland Hotel and Resort. All you have to do is show up, learn, make friends, and find the spark that ignites your business.

Why I’m Excited

This community, this culture, this company are my obsession. I want to see all of you—every single person—grow and thrive as investors. I want to meet you, learn from you, find out what your problems are, what’s working, and what’s not. I want to put together one solution after another here at BiggerPockets so that you can quickly and efficiently move toward financial freedom with as little risk as possible.

But more than that, I simply love talking about investing, money management, real estate, and financial freedom. I like meeting people with those shared interests. I like listening to smart people give their perspective with tons of preparation, and I like to debate financial and investing concepts late into the night—yes, sometimes after a few beers.

I cannot wait to meet as many of you as possible, learn from you, and have a great time.

I hope to see you in October!
