Ryan Letzeiser

Ryan Letzeiser is a seasoned real estate investor and technology executive with years of experience acquiring, developing, managing, and disposing of apartments, shopping centers, and senior living facilities. He’s been involved with over $750 million in real estate investment transactions. Ryan is currently and formerly responsible for overseeing the investment and operating strategy, financial relationships, risk management, and portfolio management throughout these transactions.

Experience
Most recently, Ryan co-founded Obie, a portfolio and insurance management platform for small- to medium-sized multifamily and commercial real estate owners. The Obie platform helps owners gain access to risk management tools and carriers to help decrease insurance spend on their assets in an effort to create higher yields, IRR, and cash flow by better managing one of the largest expenses on the balance sheet.

Obie currently services and provides insurance and risk management for more than 10,000 apartment units and millions of commercial space square footage.

Education
Ryan earned a bachelor of science from Michigan State University and a master’s in Architecture from Clemson University.
