This house was a home I once lived in but later turned into a rental property. The numbers seemed to make sense when I bought the property, but still, every year I lose money. Some years, I lose a LOT.
A few years ago was one of those years. Some tenants vacated the property, leaving the home looking more like a haunted house than a rental house.
