I had the pleasure of hosting my former real estate professor Gino Blefari at Google to talk about real estate investing. Gino Blefari is the chief executive officer for HSF Affiliates LLC, which operates the real estate brokerage networks of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Prudential Real Estate, and Real Living Real Estate (Warren Buffett’s real estate franchise business).

He writes a monthly investment newsletter called Investors Therapy that helps investors understand their psychology to make better investment decisions. His writings have been seen on Forbes and Thrive Global. Also, Jordan has interviewed or hosted some of America’s top thought leaders and investors such as Ray Dalio, Anne Wojcicki, Tim Ferriss, Ryan Holiday, Annie Duke, Ben Horowitz, and Eric Barker to learn about human psychology and what we can do to make better investment decisions.

    The Interview is very informative. Learned Tips from common things but important (Sink never clogged again and many others). I am trying to learn and invest but little hesitant. However the Topic Highlighted during interview are Very informative which one learned after years of experience in Real Estate. Many, Many Thanks to Mr. Gino Blefari and Mr. Jordan.
