I have two SFR 3/2 in SW Huntsville and 1 3/2 in Madison managed by Carolyn Dietrich & Associates. I love the area and plan to move back as soon as my cash flow is where my hubby can quit his job! Also love the Gatlinburg TN area! Currently selling one of my UT properties since the market has appreciated nicely and transitioning! Any leads on a good 1031 rep?
