Best Cold Calling - Prospecting Softwares

Hi All, 

Im looking for some good suggestions for a quality yet affordable Cold Call/Prospecting software to use. I've looked into a few and they all have their pro's and con's some being RedX. Propstream, Prospectnow, Batchleads etc. open to any and all suggestions. I am aware there may be more and even better ways to conduct these searches for property owners and completely open to any and all advice.

Linda Davis is really good.  She calls me about 3 times per week.

Susan Collins, who sounds a lot like Linda Davis, now calls me about 4 times per day.  She must be better given the volume of calls I get.
