Which Journal would be the most helpful?

What type of journal would be the most helpful to you?

A goal-setting/productivity journal
A real estate-specific journal (deal analysis, portfolio management, rehab scope of work, etc.)
A budgeting/personal finance journal
A general, inspirational BP-branded planner (with days/weeks)
None or I don't use journals

My workflow necessitates a physical notebook next to me at all times. I start my morning listing out tasks for the day, including anything that didn't get done from the previous day.

In our fast-paced industry it helps to stay organized while multitasking.
