Setting Up Your Business Entity For Wholesaling

Hello All!

When first starting out, what did you find was the most efficient, least expensive way to set up your business entity? Is it highly recommended that I start out with setting up an LLC when jumping into wholesaling (1 or 2 deals) as a REI starting point?

I understand that this also comes with utilizing a business bank account and a business address (whether it be a home address, UPS PO Box, small office rental, etc).

Any suggestions or tips on getting started?

Thanks!
