Bathtubs or Showers?

Hi,

For a guesthouse for travellers, would it be better that I keep showerheads or bathtubs?

The place is near the beach and they have access to the sea all day. But I am also considering a small swimming pool.

If you are interested in cheking the location, here is a link https://www.google.mv/maps/place/Kaashidhoo/@4.958...

So any suggestions on what will be better?

PS. Any interest in investing in such a business is also welcome.

Thanks

Interesting question.

If only one bathroom and more than 2 bedrooms, could you unit be rented by a family with kids?  If so, then, I'd go for the bathtub/shower combo.    If two bathrooms, than you need only one with a tub.
