Market Analysis by census tract or neighborhood
A few stars aligned in that I'm writing my Investment Prospectus to present to some additional private lenders at the same time that Liz Faircloth came out with this BiggerPockets Blog Post. I was just getting to the section on market analytics and am struggling to find the details I want on a more narrow basis.
Specifically I invest in Wilmington, Delaware and like many cities around the country things can be very different block to block let alone at a city or zip code level. I've checked many of the expected places like US Census, HUD, and city-data and haven't really found the level of detail I"m looking for, which is generally at the census tract level...but would prefer an ability to zero down a bit more too for one section of the city in particular. I did come across a recent study done by the State of Delaware, which has some decent information in it, but there's got to be some other places to grab info from that I'm not finding.
Anyone able to offer up some assistance?
