how can I build systems to make investing more efficient?

Question

I need to start building systems in various parts of my business, what area should I focus on first, and how can I build a system to work on that? anything you guys say is very valuable, I am trying to expand my business, but have no idea how to build a functioning system.

I am incredibly thankful for the help!!

This is both an easy, and complex answer.  I've developed my own system, that involves the following:

1 - The 3 Pillars (mine) of REI...Market Analysis, How Money Works, and Developing a REI Plan...and how all three are equally important, and must work as one.

2 - My REcapS System (a system within a system) that is a 3 Level circular (perfect) system where Level 1 feeds Level 2, which feeds Level 3, which comes back and feeds Level 1 again (thus the circle, or perfect system).  Each Level is assigned a role within the system, which is how/why they feed into the next Level.

4 - An understanding that a Perfect System is both Self-sustaining, and repeatable.

5 - Understanding the difference between, "cost and expense".

6 - Understanding the only important rule of Poker, and how it applies to REI.

7 - Understanding the enormous importance of this number sequence.  Memorize it. Fully understand its meaning, and impact on REI, and you can't fail.  It is the life blood of REI.  1073741824

8 - Understanding the "2 Golden Rules of REI"...and never stop following them.

It will depend on what your business is specifically, but a system for quickly evaluating opportunities is very important to have i you don't have one already.
