Business liability Insurance

I'm looking to buy general liability insurance for my LLC and also buying Renovators insurance for each property we buy to flip (overkill, i know, but I'm a conservative player. Let me know if I'm going too crazy!)

Which company do you recommend to buy Business Liability Insurance from and why? Thanks for any advice guys!

Tony,

In my opinion, the best way is how I do it. I don't buy a blanket polciy for my business, but for each property I get hazard insurance on, I get a policy which includes a $1M liability coverage built into it. I do this fro each and EVERY property I buy and flip. The cost is reasonable and the added "sleep well at night" is worth the costs.

I use Farmers Insurance agent here in CA who gets me this policy outside of Farners where it is allowed and ok for it to be known as vacant and in rehab, rather than "occupied".
